Marcel Smith is a Detroit native who brings a unique blend of business acumen and community passion to Chick-fil-A Lincoln Park. After working at Morgan Stanley and co-founding Essential Colors with his mother, Dr. Sabrina Jackson, while coaching basketball for the family organization, Marcel discovered Chick-fil-A's ability to merge profit with purpose. He chose Lincoln Park for its tight-knit community, diversity, and proximity to his high school roots. When he's not serving guests or developing his team, Marcel enjoys working out, traveling, golfing, and spending quality time with his wife and family—the foundation of everything he does.
